This year’s „Tom & Lisa“ trainer training course took place on 6 and 7 May 2026 at the premises of the Addiction Support Centre run by Caritasverband Darmstadt e.V. During the course, 20 new professionals were trained to deliver the alcohol prevention programme.
Villa Schöpflin organises two nationwide training sessions each year to further establish the “Tom & Lisa” alcohol prevention workshop in schools. Upon successful completion of the training, participants can run the workshop independently and train teachers and school social workers to implement the programme themselves in their schools.
The KKH has supported the tried-and-tested “Train-the-Trainer” concept since 2011. We would like to express our sincere thanks for this long-standing support.

We are delighted to welcome the new trainers and two new facilitators to the network and wish everyone every success in the future implementation of the programme. The nationwide network now comprises more than 245 professionals across 15 federal states.
